Terms of Service

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout. Do One Thing Pvt. Ltd. does not store card or payment details on our servers.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by writing to contact@doonething.in. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery as per our Return Policy.

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Any complaints or concerns may be directed to the Grievance Officer. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
