Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original tags or packaging are not eligible for a full refund.

Email us at contact@doonething.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

For domestic (India) returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. For international returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at contact@doonething.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
